As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, RuthAnn has implemented process improvements and technology initiatives that have increased net revenue by millions of dollars at various institutions over the course of her 20 years in financial services.

Kevin Usiatynski serves as the EVP and CRO at Credit Union Loan Source and is responsible for dealer operations, product strategy, dealer sales, credit policy, investor support and strategic planning. Prior to joining CULS, Kevin spent more than 20 years in the auto finance industry with Truist (SunTrust) Financial, Citizens Bank and Chrysler Financial, where he served in management roles across a range of functional areas.
