Mary Pifer has held her current role since 2013 and first joined 3SI in 1987. She leads 3SI’s global marketing, product management and marketing communication teams, which under her guidance launched its fourth-generation tracking platform and corresponding products, new cash tracing technology and integrated numerous OEM products into 3SI’s product line. Her accomplishments at 3SI include establishing the 24/7 call center in 2009, introducing multiple product improvements to the cash protection products, and launching tracking applications to protect ATMs, pharmacies, and consumer electronics stores. After starting as an inside sales and marketing representative, Mary was promoted to Customer Service Manager in 1992, then Marketing Manager for North America in 2002 before becoming the Director of Marketing and Customer Support in 2005. Mary is a sought-after industry expert and has spoken and presented at numerous functions including CUNA Technology Council Conference, ATMIA, SCTA, LPRC Impact, and more.
