You have flexibility to create custom routing to send requests to your internal teams, which can be assigned to individual users to manage, or direct to your assigned external service providers.

Additionally, Equips’ webapp is mobile friendly which means you and your team can see all requests in real time and respond quickly. All communication about the status of the work order is managed through the webapp where the facilities team can add a note and the branch receives the update.
