Prepaid Currency Cards: The Travelex Prepaid Cash Passport Cards offer a turnkey program with no need to establish a new BIN to sell the cards, minimizing the risk, reporting requirements, and costs to your credit union. In addition, there are no out-of-pocket expenses for your credit union to start offering the Prepaid Currency Card program.
Cash Passport is a prepaid MasterCard card issued in British Pounds Sterling (GBP), Euros (EUR) or US Dollars (USD) offering travelers a better, safer way to travel. These cards are accepted at retailers displaying the MasterCard acceptance logo and over a million ATMs worldwide. Members may reload their card 24 times at the credit union or by phone.
Other Foreign Currency Services: CUNA Strategic Services and Travelex Foreign Currency Services will build even stronger member relations through the addition of foreign denominated banknotes and other foreign denominated products. Ordering Travelex products is easy
A credit union is able to order banknotes, drafts and card products over the Internet for delivery to the credit union through a link placed on the credit union's teller interface. In addition, credit union members are able to order banknotes and card products over the Internet for home delivery through a link placed on the credit union's website. Credit union members are also able to order foreign denominated banknotes or sell back to your credit union their foreign denominated banknotes.
